Shipping Policy

Peachy Coolers currently ships orders within the United States using trusted carriers including USPS and UPS.

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within one business day after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once an order has shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Peachy Coolers is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Tracking information will be provided when available once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns are accepted for new, unopened, and unused items only. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Requests for returns should be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Clearance or final sale items
